Has anyone any experience of towing with the 2.0 D4D engine RAV 4 Auto?

Tried finding reviews of same and not been succesful. Any advice before I make the change from the Isuzu Dmax appreciated.

I think you will be struggling for an answer on this one RoysiaBoy. To my knowledge Toyota never have made a diesel Automatic Rav4 only petrol automatics. I have just checked the Toyota website out of curiosity after seeing your post but the current model Rav4 still isn't available in a diesel automatic option by the look of it.

I changed from a petrol Rav4 auto to a diesel Auto Kia Sportage when I took up caravaning, but even the diesel Sportage in auto form is not available any more.

Good luck anyway.....

P.S. I was in Harrogate a few weeks ago. Stayed at the Ripley caravan site. A bit of an old stomping ground of mine Harrogate from my Army Apprentice days at Penny Pot Lane.
