Can anyone tell me which way round the mirrors go.

Is the convex on the left or right and the flat on the other?

HI janjamie

I tried mixed mirrors in the past but did not like it. I found it confusing with one convex and one flat glass. When I looked left the trafic behind me was in the distance, but when I looked right it was up close. I now use two convex. I find this is the best for me.

I have both too. Only I have now just bought another flat one. Everything I viewed in the convex mirror seemed sooo far away (I had to wait for lorries to flash me back in on the motorway,as I couldnt tell properly where the back of the camper was),and I usually drive a bus with 2 flat mirrors and have no problems.

I can finally see my nearside now!!!

The choice is yours...

ahh...peace at last!
