Hi, I tow with the older shape Astra 1.6 Sxi. The van weighs 750kg unladen, with a maximum weight of 1000kg. As long I pack sensibly and keep the noseweight to 75kg then I don't have any problems. Pulls fine at 60mph on motorways even in 5th gear. The only time I struggle is if I don't have a run up at hills.

We hae recently changed our car to Peugeot 407 but we were using a Daewoo Lacetti 1.6 to pull a Lunar Musketeer the car had a limt of 1200 kgs and towed the van without any problems.
