I realise it is not your usual towing vehicle but as i am pretty clueless i thought I would ask first on here.

Nick, we tow with a 735i manual, which are apparently very hard to find, it tows well, we were getting about 22mpg in France last week before we had a problem with the van so we hotlegged it back to it's storage site and then drove up here to Delft and rented a mobile home. We have since worked out that with petrol costs, extra tolls, and site fees we aren't any worse off.
