has any one had any problems with a powrtoch mover? my remote stopped working i then plugged the cable you get with it and it worked for a while, now it wont work at all.battery has been checked and its fine. any ideas?

Are you able to reset the main control board? This might get the problem  sorted. If not and its within its warranty you should contact Powertouch who have an enviable reputation in fixing problems with their products.

did you take batteries out of remote before connecting the cable. I have just had one fitted and was told to do this as it knacks the remote!!!!!

May need a new remote.
