WE have the Milenco which clamp on to the mirror frame, they don't interfere with the electric mirror operation on the Sorento. The only thing you can't do is use the electric fold in as the tow mirror protudes back a bit and would hit the window.
The previous post rates rock steady mirrors.
i Perhaps f you go to local caravan dealer they might let you try different types? (Especially if they are going to get a sale) Ours would as they are very helpful.

Thanks Dave i'll go have a look about for those. The fold in won't matter as we don't park up and leave the car and caravan on journeys anyway so won't need to use that when towing mirrors are on.
I have bought a couple of sets of 'old-fashioned' towing mirrors from ebay over the years. I have a set which slot into the window aperture and have a rubber tensioning strap which then goes under the bottom edge of the door. The other set has two arms which go between the bonnet and front wing while a third arm goes under the wheelarch and is tensioned by a spring. Both sets are so much better than the modern stuff which clamps to the mirror housing, or attaches by a sucker to the mirror itself. They are much more secure, vibrate less, have a better view, and are much cheaper. Granted, they are heavier, harder to store as they are more bulky, and perhaps less attractive, but I want function above all in a towing mirror.
