Thanks to everyone for replies
took delivery of car today. Towing limit on book is 1600 braked so my van lunar lexon cs fits really well within limits and is still good match.
Now all I need to do is wait for feb to put them both together and find out but don't envisage any probs at all. If sluggish she has triptonic so can do the gear change manual.
