bought both 12N and 12s from Waudbys but the grey cable does not look as if it will reach the battery - also no relay with it - do ii need to take it back??

And be aware that depending on the year of your caravan the wiring needed is different!

Do a search because this has been covered loads on here.

Another point - The fact you are asking such basic questions makes me wonder if you should be doing the job yourself. Dodgy electrics on a car is the commonist cause of car fires according to the fire service!

If in any doubt, please seek help from a pro! Better safe than sorry!
