our caravan  has a max weight of 1200kg and our cars max weight is 1300kg are we ok with these amounts thanks

It depends on the max towing weight(braked)as written in your car's handbook. Aternativley find your car on http://www.cuddles.abelgratis.net/kerbweights.htm to find the info you want.

The ideal weight should be within the 85% guideline - google this and you'll get all the gen you need

Had a look at site says 1225kg for our cars 85% so i think we will be ok just have to watch how much were loding in thanks for the help.
