I would suggest you look here www.whattowcar.com but I doubt it will have your caravan so you will need to select another Bailey at a similar weight. If my converstion is right (had to rack my brain to remember how many lbs in a cwt!) 1000kgs should cover you.

Not sure what you mean by '....performance...".
But, in new money, 19.6 cwt is just short of 1000Kg, so your 1.8 Mondeo should tow this just fine.
