i was wondering if any one can help i am ready for the electrics to be wired from the towbar to the car but i have had conflicting advice on this model (citroen xsara hatchback 2001)

i have called my local towbar fitting service and they say i do not need a bypass relay as they have fitted quite a few and they say they do include one in the price but other people have said i do as he car has multiplex wiring obviously i do not want to damage the wiring on the car

can anyone help with this dilemma should i f

it one or not ?

any information would be greatfully appreciated

i have asked this previously but have just got to the stage of fitting now

I have a Xsara (2002) and mine has a relay fitted. Multiplex wiring needs a relay.
