Hi everyone,

Have currently got insurance with e and l as the van is stored on my mother in laws drive but we are planning on moving it to a seasonal pitch. When I contacted e and l to check whether this would affect the premium they informed me that they do not not insure on seasonal pitches.

Does anyone have a seasonal pitch and if so what insurance company do you use and are they any good and reasonably priced?

Yes, Caravan Club and now Caravan Guard, no problem at all.  Search for E and L and then decide if you really want your van insured with them lol!!

When you ring for quotes, you need the site's postcode and address to hand because they will ask where it is kept and also what barriers are in place.

Erm yes, I think you may end up very glad lol.

Both of the companies I quoted have a good reputation.
