Hi, I have a Witter Quantum Detachable towball fitted to my car. Can anyone tell me if it is ok to tow a caravan with an alko coupling. Going to pick up new caravan and want to make sure it's going to hook up ok before getting there!

Detachables are normally fine. The ones that seem to give some trouble are the fixed type with the short necks.

yes you are ok with those.the alko hitch needs more room to move about of which you have plenty.
