changing towbars?  mmm!!  you will have to pay to take it off then pay to put it on unless you are good enough to do it yourself   above suggests you are not   therefore pay for a new one and forget about the changeover bit   tried it years ago- weast of money    when you say tt do you mean audi tt   if so   i would suggest it imay not be a puller!

Mondeo tow-bar is an absolute doddle to fit. Bumper doesnt even have to come off. But, & a big but depending how close it will be looked at when the car goes back, ours needed a small section of the soft black plastic "skirt" of the bumper cutting away. Its practically invisible unless your on your knees looking for it. Might be important if you have to hand the car back without any damage. Might be worth picking up a bumper from a breakers so you can put the original back on un-damaged.

Apologies if this sounds a bit dramatic, just thought it important given that a lot of tow-bars need a bumper cut. Not sure if there is a Mondeo bar that doesnt need a cut, the "skirt" thing extends quite a way under the car.

Your lucky, as some lease companies insist on a manufacturers tow-bar, sometimes costing as much as £1k.
