check the socket as some tow cars have a switch in the socket that stops the cars fog light opperation, this can seize and cause no fog lights at all,
first thing to do is test the voltage from the socket pin for the fog light, not sure which one but someone will let you know, oh and dont forget to check t=the bulbs have not blown.
