Hi Hubby is thinking of getting a Pennine pathfinder now we have a Citroen C3 Picasso diesel would this car be able to tow one ?

What size of Picasso 1.4 or 1.6 and what year please. (They have different towing limits)

Your max weight on the pathfinder is 1000g, the max towlimit on a Picasso appears to be 1200kg. This would be fine. Check the vehicle document as there are various 1.6 models that may have different limits . You should also check the car towbar weight and make sure you can get the correct weight on the nose. Otherwise it looks OK. The weight caravan ration will be fine as car weight is over 1500kg you just have to make sure you don't exceed the pathfinder weight of 1000kg. The pathfinder weight is 840 ex works with a payload of 160kg.
