Katie,
Need a little more info:
1) What is the max weight of your 'van? (It should be on a plate either on the front A frame or by the door)
2) What is the tyre size?
3) Are the tyres 'normal' radials or 'commercial' tyres? Look at the tyre size info, it will say something like 175 R14 or 175 C14. The important piece of info is wheter it has a "R" or a "C" in it.)
If your van is around 1100KG, as a guide only that will not get you into trouble, if they are "R" types put in 40 psi and if they are "C" types put in 55 psi.
