hi have just purchased an sas eagle compact hitchlock.thought it was open and fit now i see swaping nuts and pins locknuts and torque details,where has all this stuff come from ???? Just want to fit a hitchlock can i ignore all this ? help as always appreciated

You need to exchange the two nuts holding the hitch onto the A frame for the nyloc nuts in the kit, make sure they're set to the correct torque. Then, using the drill bit provided, drill down the threads and knock the shear pins into the holes. Job done.
