Hi Just had our awning back completely ruined, all of the windows have rips tears and holes in them, they collected it back for inspection a week ago with thier initial assesment being that it was wear and tear! This was the first season we had used it and it was brand new! Before you use them I would read the rest of the posts on this forum, including some of the older ones, had I read them I would never have trusted them to clean my awning!
