Hi Dave

Have a look at the Caravan Club site - there are articles on towing and also matching your outfit. I believe you need to register to use the facility but don't require to be a fully paid member (I could be wrong) but why not give it a try.

You can find the details here Caravan Club - Expert Advice

Please let us know how you get on

Looks like its way too heavy...

Adria Adora 532 1400kg

You cars max tow 1300kg. With a kerbweight of less than 1300kg.

So a big no if these figures are correct.

But you dont state exactly what model you have and the year.

Engine power output, and exact model spec?

Style / LX / SE etc??

Just to make licence clearer.
If you past your car test after 1st January 1997 you will have a Category B, which means you can drive a vehicle up to 3500kg GVW and tow a trailer up to 750kg GVW.
If the trailer is more than 750kg then the combination of the vehicle and trailer must not exceed 3500kg.
The trailer must not be more than the vehicles unladen weight.
These relate to the PLATED weights and not the actual weight.
It is too easy to find that you may not have a licence for the vehicle and trailer combination and then a separate issue relating to overloading.
