Is it possible to change my towcar details on the Greenflag website?

I changed the car to a 4x4 and so want to update my details.

Or is it.. 'Ring one number, go through umpteen departments' before getting anywhere?

You don't have to actually do anything, if you break down you give them the vehicle details and membership number then

when I changed my car rang green flag and the first person I spoke to changed the details all done in less than a minute

Green flag, ring the number, choose administration, get someone on the line, change the details and all done in a minute or so.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
