HI, does anyone tow wth a mercedes E class auto diesel saloon either 220, 270 or 320 looking at changing our petrol 4x4, but looking for something a bit different, bit of luxury and not too bad on fuel from what ive read, we have an Abbey Aventura 318, 1412kg max so should tow ok, thanks Graham

Had a 220 estate petrol. It could tow a tank! Great car.

She had an S reg saloon E300 DT as a private hire taxi years ago.

WHOOOOOSH!! In extreme comfort.

You could nearly service it yourself with your eyes shut - everything dead easy to get to.

And then she cried when we had to let it go.

hi ive got a merc e 320  diesal 2002 saloon tows a 4 birth baily 14kg with ease great car i get 28 mpg towinng and  44 solo i got rid of my 4x4 cost to much in diesal but the merc is great up and down hills it flys cheers .tom
