i build mini artics so do try to keep up to date . i,m sure you do as well. i again spoke to someone again today they are adamant its only b+e attained after the date thats affected . it is a bit hard to understand their webb sites . but do try and get a bit more info. its all useful.
we certainly dont want drivers getting it wrong and being done .

I note that DVLA staff refuse to commit themselves by stating the 'rules' in writing. It wouldn't look good in court would it? I doubt your MP will be much help either. I hate to think how many drivers tow without the required license, but with virtually no enforcement they get away with it anyway.

both times i was read them out . i suppose the best we can get is a reply . rog is the only person i know that thinks its retrospective . i have spoken to a few i know about it . current instructors and a chap that works for vosa as it was at swansea . mind i still hope i,m right or lots are running illegal.
