Hi all
Have run a search in the forums but can't find the answer anywhere so here goes...

My caravan has a hitch that uses the ISO tow ball but I now have access to another caravan that has an ALKO AKS hitch.

The question is: If I change my tow ball to the ALKO tow ball can I still use this with my ISO hitch fit caravan safely and securely?

The answer is yes, standard size ball diameter for UK/Europe(ie ISO standard)is 50mm. All the Al-ko compatable flange ball has different is longer & deeper neck to accommodate Al-ko stabiliser hitch at full articulation so Al-ko flange ball can be used with any other hitch.
