Which models in particular?

Engine size/power?

If it got really slippy i would want the freelander. But in general everyday life the Volvo AWD model wins for me.

Thanks for the views, I don't intend doing any off road driving (apart from pitching on site), I have virtually made my mind up to change to the Volvo, just searching now for a suitable one. Once again thanks.

I see you are from South Yorkshire. I got my volvo from Riverside in Hull. They also have a branch in Doncaster. The Hull branch were really good to deal with.
