Its 750kg all up I think, so anything like an Astra or Focus will tow it. A diesel will be better. You could probably go even smaller like a Fiesta but it would need to be diesel for reasonable towing performance.
You could try using one of the outfit matching sites like www.whattowcar.com but l would advise going for a little more towing capacity than the bare minimum requirement. Not only does this provide you with a 'get out' option if every you find yourself in a tricky situation such as steep hillstarts ect, it also gives you extra capacity should you ever decide for whatever reason to upgrade your caravan for a larger one anytime in the future.

I did tow our freedom sunseeker with a mini metro 1.4 diesel. Fine on the motorways etc but a bit dodgy on steep hill starts. But then the max tow was only 460kg as it was a non turbo.
You should be fine with virtually any modern diesel.
We towed a broadly similar Freedom Microlite LE with a Fiesta 1.6tdci with absolutely no problems at all. It gave an excellent match on the car/caravan matching websites.
Our "LE" has a converted washroom which has probably added as much weight as a mover.
We now tow with a 1.5dci Nissan NV200 campervan, again with no problem. Hope this helps.
