Hi can anyone help. I just have 1 socket on my tow bar a 7 pin for all the lights, can I buy a conversion kit so it slits into 2 so I can use the lights and the fridge ie the silver socket
You'll have to have your single electrics converted to twin. Expect to pay £80 for such a job. Of course if you're handy you'll be able to do that yourself. I'm not!
You can't split a single 7 pin socket into two I'm afraid with a splitter.
Thats a 7 to 13pin adaptor. Not what the op wants. As stated you need the extra 7pin 12s socket wired into towbar. Not quite that simple though. If your car has dedicated 7pin wiring then you my need extra dedicated loom rather than just generic wiring so you need to take advice from towbar fitter.
