Hi all

Can anyone tell me please what the towing Limit is on a '97 4.0lt Grand Cherokee ZG/ZJ ?

I dont have a manual, and whats on the net is conflicting.

Some sites rate at 2200kg other at 3500kg

Any input would be most appreciated.

Have a look at the weight plate on the vehicle, it'll be on the door shut or under the bonnet, this'll be more accurate than us trying to guess. The weight might also be printed on the V5.

The kerbweight will be around 2000kg so ideally 85% of that which will be around 1750kg.
