Hello all

It's been a few years since I last owned a car and a caravan and decided its time I did

I have a Citroen Berlingo Multispace on order from the factory and will take delivery of my new caravan on Friday

I say new but its not, its an old girl thats been well looked after by her 1 previous owner

I need to get the gas lines etc checked, not entirely sure who to get to do it as yet. I need someone mobile and in Sheffield if possible

I'm looking forward to getting out and about and plan to make the most of having a caravan again. We will be taking the pooch with us too

I need to get a towbar fitted too, I'm not paying dealer prices at £350. The most I've ever paid is £220 and I don't intend on spending more now!!

Anyways just wanted to say hello

Regards

Shallot

Bare flange type (not detachable ) towbar from P F Jones less than £80, depends if you need 7 pin or 13 pin type socket, and with CANBUS electrics you'll need a dedicated or a bypass relay, so you'll not get much change out of £130, leaving plenty for labour costs, but personally as it's an easy fit I'd do it myself. No need to remove or cut bumper and fitting time (towbar only) 30 minutes.

Hope this helps
