I have done a search on here and read lots of posts about mirrors!
Im not keen on the ones that stick to the glass on the car mirror,so looking at clip / strap on ones.
Does anyone have experience of a good set of mirrors to use on a 2006 sportage ?

Over time the rubber straps perish. You will see them start to get little cracks when you stretch them.

If you use them a lot you will spot when its time to change them. But if you dont use them often its worth checking before you need them.

Going back a while i have one break whilst fitting it to the car. Never gave them a 2nd thought.

Duck tape to the rescue.   If you dont have an emergency toolkit then get some duck tape. Half a toolkit ion a single roll :)

Dont buy the cheap stuff get a branded roll.

Another vote for the Milenco Aero mirrors, not cheap but they are great and last without any problems.
A big fan of Duck tape too, it has endless uses.
