I think it's because the Santa Fe is much heavier that I have concerns, but thanks for reassurance.

you would be towing at 95% but if you dont mind that then i am sure it will be ok.

i tow at 87% on mass in service, some (with the money to buy Discoveries etc) frown on this but it seems ok......touches wood

You will have to keep checking you have the van on the back, and you wont get stuck on wet grass just enjoy it and the fuel economy
