At what mileage do you replace the timing chain on this Honda. Thinking of a 11 plate on 72000 miles.

A chain is normally for the life of the vehicle, with exception of the tensioner, if you start to hear a rattle the tensioner is on the way out, and should be changed as soon as possible

If your chain is rattling, I'm afraid you'll have to replace it. It's a known problem and Honda should contribute at least 50% towards the replacement cost of £1,500.

If it's not making any noise then you don't need to do anything.

They need clean oil and of the correct grade ie very expensive!keep it serviced it will be ok.

My CRV has well over 100k on it.
There is no specified time/mileage for replacing the chain and should be OK for the life of the car.
Use the correct oil and change at the recommended intervals, it will will last forever!
