Hi all,

Just a quick one. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or knowledge of wiring their own 7 pin socket with a universal relay into a Nissan X-Trail 2017 MK3?? I have searched everywhere for one but to no prevail, I have also used a multimeter to try and locate the correct wires and can't seem to find them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Due to the complexities of modern wiring and electronics it is probably best to use a plug in loom which would preserve the warranty on the car. The car may also need reprogramming to cater for the extra lights etc, you might find more advice on a Nissan owners forum.

Thanks for that Rob, I've been toying with the idea of a dedicated loom which will take all of 5 minutes to fit. I'll take a look on the Nissan forum first. Thanks for the advice.
