If you are a caravan owner that regularly manouveres his single axle caravan with the towing vehicle and not a motor mover how much more difficult would this be to do when a twin axle caravan is purchased ?

Depends on your cars clutch. 4x4 with low range or a heavy duty clutch, or an auto with a good cooler.

The tyres will scrub a bit as you turn it, how does the weight compare with what you have now?

Adding an extra 200kg+ may make more of a difference than you think.

One of the best things i have ever bought. I got my caravan into a space you could not have manhandled it into.

Hitch just millimeters away from a wall with posts on either side of the rear and on a fairly steep slope also.
Trying to control that by hand would have been virtually impossible.

Don't beleive people when you ask them if the access fairly level... I lost a plastic footpad pulling in die to the slope and camber of the road... Pulled it out with the mover and no issues.

Some say that lowering the front on the jockey wheel right down when moving a twin axle will take some of strain from the rear wheel and aid it in turning easier.
I have a single axle so cannot confirm although recently (over whit), i did notice vanner take this approach and it appeared to work, we were on gravel type pitch area also.
