Merc E220 auto diesel, 2014
It's a new car to me and has winter tyres on which the current owner runs all year but I'm not so sure that would be a good idea towing a 'van.
Anyone got any comments?

I thought I'd put Michelin Cross Climate + tyres on but really looking for other peoples thoughts

Mercs are sometimes fitted with "MO" stamped tyres. Its moot why and whether it is necessary, but I once fitted a none MO tyre on my MB and despite it being a Michelin the same as the other tyres, the none MO tyre never held air properly losing 4-5 PSI more a month than the other tyres.

Despite being checked there was no evidence of a significant issue and I ran it until it needed replacing again. It just meant more regular topping up. MO Michelin fitted next time round and all was good again.

The Michelin Cross Climate tyres get good comments on the Lexus owners club so should be very adequate for what you want.

I use Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season which also get a good write up on there.
