Hi all again,

I have a 2020 Focus estate and specified a towbar....it arrived with a removable Towbar.
I use a Thule 3 cycle towbar mounted carrier to transport the bikes...I'm guessing if it can take the weight of a caravan that there will be no problems ...does anyone else have this setup ?

You need to check the hand book for the maximum tow ball weight. With 3 bikes on the back you might find your front wheels come off the ground!

Yes it will be fine. I’ve used a similar setup for a number of years. Detachable tow bars are often rated to 70kg loading, just stay within the max towbar loading and it will be fine.
