I've done an extensive search but can't find anything identical to that in the photo. However, I've found something that looks rather similar to that design which you may be able to at least identify the type of towball you need for that mount. Enter a search for Alko D89359 which should reveal some photos, one which is fitted to a Suzuki Grand Vitara. Not entirely sure but it could be an older type of towbar that was manufactured in the Netherlands.
Surely the label which appears in good readable condition should have some ID numbers on it. For a good few years now towbars have had to be type approved and ID markings will have been part of the requirement.
The numbers may be unintelligible to you, but they should be meaningful to Alko or some trade fitters.
