I would think it will be OK but find out the weight of the trailer tent when loaded with your kit and find out the maximum towing capacity of your car to start with. I am sure someone on here will be able to advise further once we have the figures.
I once saw a test of a Cmax 1.0 ecoboost towing a caravan. A trailer tent should be no issue as long as the weight meets towing requirments for your car.
Most of the problem with towing a caravan, is it’s a big white box moving through air. Had a pennine version like yours, and didn’t know it was there. You might need towing mirrors to improve rear view.
A quick online check suggests a towing limit of 900kg - have a look at the weights plate, usually by the door pillar, which will give you a train weight, and a kerb weight ( might be called something else). Subtract second from first, there’s your towing weight.
For what it's worth I've towed a small (but well-loaded!) camping trailer with a 1L Ecoboost and was actually quite surprised how well it coped, and by that I mean it handled it without any issue whatsoever. I expect it's the turbo and the flat torque curve throughout the rev range. As advised by others though, check the weight remain in limit.
I also recall seeing a video on YouTube from a young lad that works in a caravan dealership and his own car at the time was a 1L Fiesta which he towed his own caravan with (a smallish one but likely represented a greater load to what a trailer tent would).
