where can i get hold of one of these?? need one as new van has Alko stabiliser so im going to need tow ball to fit!! where sells them in sheffield?? i can only find full kits on line

try your local caravan shop - they should keep them - or a caravan service place

on line you could try towsure but postage may be dear due to weight

we got ours for £20 - hope this helps cheers neil

also make sure all paint on towball has been rubbed of befor hitching as it fouls pads up

hi there just bought one myself from alko on there website just do a google for alko to get there. £28 including delivery you might get it cheaper elsewhere but thats where i got mine.

When I got our new van the dealer supplied one FOC

I can't believe the attitude of manufacturers/dealers who supply the Alko stabiliser eqipped van without the correct towball.

In our Ace handbook it shows a picture of the Alko 2004 stabiliser and says that you should lower the coupling onto a well greased towball.

I don't think that they would entertain a warranty claim for damage due to the use of an incorrect towball or for the use of grease !!

Got one in my garage,brand new and yours for a tenner +postage.
