We are thinking about complaining to the tow bar company - we told them we had an alko stabiliser and now we are having to replace the towball and replace the pads..

dont forget to remove the black off the tow-ball after fitting, this could contaminate your new pads, its only there to protect the ball in transit and needs to be removed with a fine emery cloth or similar
