I am planning to return to caravanning. I am interrested in a buying a Coachman 470/2 that has a MTPLM of 1415kg. Would a Mondeo Estate 2.0 TDCI with a kerb weight of 1565kg be a suitable match for this caravan.

Thank you both......this has answered my question cheers. No such problems to think about with a motorhome - I suppose thats why I am selling the motorhome to get back to the challenges of tugging !!!

about 90% of kerb weight here,should be ok with good loading. [:o)] check towbar weight though.
