Just to let you all know we are back from Fullbrook Farm in Lichfield, the alternative to Birch Coppice Meet.
A VERY VERY BIG THANK YOU to Steve and Ange, for arranging such a superb alternative at such short notice and for a great job as our Hosts for the weekend.
The Farm was totally wonderful, and the experience was amazing, The kids have had the most wonderful time with all the horses, and although the facitilies (i.e. single toilet and no showers) were limited, I think a good time was had by all.
I would definatley go back here, be it with UKCS or solo, cant fault it in any way at all, The Farmer and family and staff were outstanding, and very patient with the children.
Had a really good run home, and am now rubbing after sun in like there is no tomorrow as I really did catch the sun this morning.
Looking forward to the next meet, C U all soon Take Care
We arrived back about 5.30pm after our hell of a long journey of 12 mules.
A HUGE thanks to paul and wendy for their help this weekend. it wont go forgotten. But most of all A HUGE HUGE thanks to all the guys that attended the meet and made it a cracking weekend. Another big thanks for the gifts for myself, angie and cameron, That you guys presented us with to show your appreciation for getting a meet sorted. You did not have to do that. But it was an amazing gesture that rendered me gob smacked.
A big thanks to grant (pokey boy) for all his fire poking help. Smashing fella. look forward to meeting you again.
i hope the 6 units that decided to stay for another night enjoy themselves.

We got back last night and so knackered couldn't be bothered to switch the pooter on.
We have had a brilliant time at Fulbrook farm thanks to Steve and Angie for being great hosts, very well organized with signs to the site and only 1 unit had to be rescued from a nearby industrial estate after being lost lol.
It was good to make some new freinds from the north and see some old ones again, we had a real laugh didn't we.
Well, what a weekend, arrived home around an hour ago, totally knackered but totally happy
We arrived Thursday afternoon to an empty field closely followed by Dipstick (Barry) pitched our tents and settled down to a lovely quiet evening with Barry who lent us his spare kettle as we forgot ours
Friday saw the arrival of Steve, Ange, Paul and Wendy who introduced themselves and got the weekend under way, we sat and chilled doing our favourite pastime of people watching as the field slowly started to fill up, around mid afternoon we had a flypast of a Lancaster Bomber flanked by two Harriers followed by a Spitfire and a Hurricane, don't know how the hell Steve arranged that in such a short time
It was nice to meet everyone, Daisybev, Mark and Sue, paul and Carol, Teloz and his Pixie and all those who's names i can't remember, apologies, but great to meet you all
We enjoyed it so much we styed until Monday (and didn't want to come home then)
Thanks for everything Steve and Ange, looking forward to the Caernarfon meet now, see you all again soon
We would have had if we did'nt go to Fullbrook Farm!
Have never got to know so many nice people since I announced 'the drinks are on me' down the local.
Thanks to everyone for a great weekend, firestarter (Grant) can't wait for another 'poke' at the fire pit. It realy means so much to him to be accepted as he is, he gets so much greif at school through his autism. Thank guys
Hope you all had a good journey home, as with Steve & Ange it took for ever to get back to Tamworth.
Woody says high five to Dom, what a bitch!
