You've got yourself a 40 year old frame tent.
If the cotton fabric is sound it can be waterproofed for a price.
If the bedrooms still work you may have a usable tent.
Scout Troops used to use big old frame tents like this as cooking and store tents.
This one looks like it could become a good bar tent, serving beer and crisps at big events.
One look at the colour scheme positively screamed 1970's! - so possibly 50 years old, almost certainly no less than 40 years!
Otherwise as Bramston has said.
Did find a site on Google search still renting out ready erected tent of very similar design! - so may be scope for it!
If waterproof/reproofed, then still a practical tent if anyone wants to camp retro-style, probably a tiny specialist market place for it if you wanted to sell. It appears to be in remarkably good condition so has to be a rarity for it's age.
Sadly Google did not lead to a specific manufacturer.
Oooh, I’d say you have got yourself a place in the Retro Camping Facebook group!
It’s gorgeous.
I would give it a really good soaking with the hose pipe to get the fibres to swell, let it dry and then wet it again to see if the canvas is still waterproof.
Have you got the bedroom tents?
Sorry about your bereavement, but how lovely if you can breathe new life into an old tent that will have seen happy times.
I would check the plastics for deterioration, especially in the folds and stitchings, as they are most likely to be PVC and are known to become brittle over time.

We've got 2 bedroom pods, roof lining and curtains - only problem is we have no idea where they fit. Think we're gonna have to book some space just to see
All the plastics are in as new condition. That was the first thing I checked. I know its been erected but seriously, with the exception of a couple of marks on the roof, it looks amazing

Whoever had it before looked after it!

Looking closely at the strengthened joints for the frame, it is very similar to the Cabanon tent we had.
The addition of the roof liner is important in that it is more than just to improve the look of the tent but also acts to keep it cooler in the heat.
It seems to me to be of good manufacture and quality.
That looks like a nice example of a 1970s Raclet or possibly a cabanon, similar to what we had when I was a kid... Nice good space..you'll be the talking point on site..(in a good way)
buy a large tin of fabsil to reproof it & enjoy it..
Happy camping..
My parents had a Danish made tent very similar to this and it was a Happy reminder of childhood holidays. You will be the talk of the campsite as your retro tent is in fantastic condition and after some proofing and seam sealant, it should give you many happy holidays yet...enjoy your tent treasure.
You do not waterproof a cotton canvas tent!!. Give it a good soaking, so the fibers swell up to block any holes. If it does rain in after this it will need cleaning with a specialist tent cleaner.
If you water proof a cotton canvas tent you stop the fibers swelling up thus ruining a good tent. Please reserch this..
Only Nylon tents need waterproofing.
We had a smaller but similar tent which I sold on here. The buyer was a young lady performer, who was looking for a tent to use as a changing room, where she could hang her outfits on the inside.
So if you decide not to use it yourself, it might sell easily. There must be demand for similar uses.

I agree. Fabsil has no business being anywhere a canvas tent. IMO.
