Hi sapper696, I have studied both of your orders. I am sorry to say that I can't see UKCS mentioned. I have now applied your discount. Sometimes I can see a certain familiarity between user names and real names and in all fairness, this is when I ask people where they heard of Delta pegs to give them a discount. There's absolutely no chance of me knowing if "Arthur Scragend" is really a UKCS member if "Arthur Scragend" is all that is put in the message box on Paypal.
Please, just put UKCS in the message.

Thanks for reply, i never applied for discount on my 1st order at the time i was not aware you gave any.
When i went to pay with paypal above the message box on the payment invoice it clearly stated a member of ukcs. it would not allow mw to put anything in the message box.
As i said i'm not that bothered about the discount,i was only trying to inform you there might be a problem. From the threads i have read on here,i have found you value your product and customer service and felt that if there was a prob i would flag it to you.

Can I say that have just returned from 4 dayer in Cornwall and after much debate, pestered Robb Orr of Delta Ground Anchors to whiz me some (8)Exatctly Yellow Ground Anchors. They were sent when he said he would send them and they arrived the following day with the Royal Mail I Must say great delivery service a courier would have cost pounds.
Anyway back to Rob, what a legend the yellow ground anchor I speak of I purchased 8 for an outwell hartford L 2 Front 2 Rear 2 Left Bed Pod 2 Right Bed Pod.
Day one Cornwall weather fine all day during the night a healthy wind causing the tent to lean shall we say. But the trusty ground anchors did not budge not a twinge Im pretty sure that had the wind persisted the flysheet and inner would have gone but left on the pitch would have been 8 Ground Anchors and guy line to where the tent was. Great Product Guys install the confidence you actually require on the beats Im actually going to pack 4 for a cross the brecon exercise for a one man bivvi tent there that great.
Regards to the ukcs discount did not even realise I was entitled to one but ROB WAS can you beleive he went to the trouble to reemburse the discount, top bloke great product he deserves nothing but support from you guys.

Windy weather on the East Coast and my Vango never budged. Didn't need to re-peg once (once I got the pegs to in at right angle sot he tops were flat)
