That certainly covers the hardcore of any site, those who it is more a hobby than just something to use/do. Obviously there is a minority who come on the site to ask questions that have no intention of it becoming a hobby but they rarely stay.

I reckon Liddenham has it about right: it's an internet thing. I once posted on a freestyle nunchaku site. The tricks were really all that was important, but peeps still had to compare nunchaku. "They're bits of wood connected with string!" I always felt like howling. "What's to compare!!"! LOL

As for camping, I first pitched up maybe 20 years ago. Let's just say things have changed. What would Ray Meers say? ... ;-)
