It doesn't have shuttered sockets, it doesn't have an RCD/ELCB, and the MCBs (if it has any) aren't in a splash-proof enclosure - so for me the answer is NO

I think it is all said before, but I hope you had your home rewire job checked...Wasn't that subject to a Part-P style inspection...You may have some serious difficulty selling your house if you did it yourself and did not have it inspected...Especially considering you were even asking the question about making an EHU from that type of cable....

Just a friendly word of caution...
