Quite normal. I have been known to have withdrawal symtoms from going camping and pitched tent and slept in my own back garden ( and felt better for it!)

Do what I did and work in a school or college. Mind you, on second thoughts and considering the weather we get these days, don't bother!

I took up camping again after a 12 yr break, & went to Devon last week. Pitched by a stream, ate camping food, didn't want to come back...................Sell the house, buy a winny & hit the road---well one day.

Ever since going back to work i can't be bothered with work and just want to go camping again ! this worries me as we obviously need my wages to survive but now i have had a taste of the camping i really can't wait to do it again ! and just feel like throwing a sickie ( wish i never would have considered before ) and packing my gear up, switching my phone off and dissapear to a camp site , do i have a problem and is it normal
Hi weirclan.
When your young you have to work and camping as to wait until weekends and holidays from work.
When you retire from work you can go camping anytime for as long as you like,''BUT''we also have a problem,When you are on the pension you dont have enough money to go all the time
So we are all in the same boat and the way the weather is going we need to be.
Enjoy your camping It is us that are normal when you think about it
How can any normal person prefer work to camping
Rex
