One suggestion for your sister...take a hot water bottle. Very comforting inside a sleeping bag if you have a stiff back.

we put our vango up in a gusting force6/7 ,the mrs sat on the tent whilst i threaded the poles ,i then pegged all the guy ropes out loosely and pegged in the windward sides wall ..
in a lull we quickly put the poles on the pins making it tent shaped then pulled the guys tight.the mrs then went inside and held the other end down whilst i pegged it.
after that it got easier

Heee heee some great ideas here, especially filling the airbed with alcohol!
A 3L wine box almost emptied itself last time we camped after we got the tent up, we still can't believe we drank all that! I picked the box up and banged my nose as I thought it was going to be heavy.
That first drink after everything i8s set up.......!!
