Hi,
was up in Highlands a couple of years ago and was amazed how many varieties were about. Picked a few but no one would eat them 'cos they didn't trust me and my mushroom book.
Well I wasn't going to test them on myself.
Lol I have a little mushroom book too. If not, I'll nip to ASDA and get a punnet.
Yeuch!! Don't do mushrooms - - food of the Devil!!
Now, wild raspberries - that's a different matter! They taste so much better than shop-bought varieties and are great to graze on whilst on forest walks. Really looking forward to them but we're going to need some sunshine first!

Lol as for Raspberries - I hate them with a vengeance. Nasty, little hairy things and always with a green grub inside! Yuck. Each to their own but I would rather be force fed with a lamb shank (hate lamb too!) than eat a raspberry
