Sorry but we have never been to Fforest fields before either but it sounds like a fantastic site so can't imagine being disappointed wherever pitched.

Looking forward to our Fforest fields stay now even more! since our planned trip for last weekend to Hooks house farm (Robins hoods bay) was rained off.

It will be interesting to see the pics though.

hi, we are going to ff from the 21st to the 27th august, might see some of you there? we have a toddler, not sure how she will enjoy the lakes atc but we are optimistic, we have only been camping twice before. i had emailed and asked for an all weather pitch but now i am nto sure, i dont want my groundsheet to rip?

we will be in a trailer tent. just didnt want to have to move whilst we were there. dont know what to do now, go back to grass or stay all weather?
